    Surfplattan TOUGHBOOK S1 är den ultimata robusta Android™-surfplattan för den mobila personalen. Den 7 tums stora enheten är enkel att använda, kan hållas i en hand och lätt anpassas till en rad olika användningsområden. Den är kraftfull och tålig nog för att klara även de tuffaste av jobb. Som bäst är den när den används av polis och ordningsvakter på gatorna, av maskinoperatörer som övervakar produktionslinjer, av tekniker som gör inspektioner och utför underhåll ute på fältet eller av personalen på byggarbetsplatser.  Enheten stöder även Panasonic COMPASS 2.0, en svit av företagshanteringsverktyg för Panasonics robusta TOUGHBOOK-surfplattor och handhållna enheter som kör operativsystemet Android.  

    Den slitstarka surfplattan är utformad med en design som gör det enkelt att byta ut batterier i drift, för att säkerställa att enheten fungerar under hela skiftet. Det gör att behovet att avbryta arbetet, stänga av enheten eller ta bort svåra paneler för att byta batterier försvinner. Det finns två olika batteristorlekar som gör att enheten fungerar i upp till 14 timmar på en laddning.
