Wiesbaden, 1st November 2012 - Panasonic Visual System Solutions division is pleased to announce the new LF50 Series of LCD displays with the introduction of TH-80LF50 80 inch and TH-70LF50 70 inch displays. With the new range becoming available in November 2012, the LF50 range promises utmost attention to design and features slim bezels; high brightness, 5,000:1 contrast ratio plus special capabilities such as exceptionally low weight that makes the LF50 series ideal for overhead surface mounting to interiors.
Ultra Bright Impact
With a high brightness of 700 cd/m² and a 5,000:1 contrast ratio, eye catching visibility is ensured in the largest of public spaces. In a competitive digital signage environment, marketing ‘cut through’ is guaranteed as vibrant, near life-size images are reproduced in optimal Full-HD 1080P quality.
Beautifully Designed and Ultra Thin
An ultrathin screen depth of just 89mm along with a minimalist design makes it ideal for public spaces. Whilst located in unconventional signage locations LF50’s LAN control system compatibility reduces the need for access.
Flexible & Light
Rental & events industry will appreciate its unique ceiling suspension eye-bolt hanging system, which enables simple operation to hang from a truss and its very light 47 kg weight will allow placing it safely in provisional walls. Together with optional HD-SDI functionality and protective glass will position this new line up as an Industry standard.
Reliable and Rugged for 24/7 Duty
The LF50 series enables true 24 hour day / night operation and through its LED backlight system can reduce power consumption to just 260 watts which at 700 cd/m² becomes a revolution in power consumption efficiency in the AV market. With the options for pedestal mounting or wall hanging brackets available a rugged protection glass screen can provide additional assurance against the possibility of damage whilst situated in more exposed locations.
