Panasonic shortlisted for five AV Awards
Panasonic has been nominated for five awards at the prestigious AV Awards, including the coveted Projector of the Year prize.
The Awards, which take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday 25 September, celebrate the best of the Audio-visual industry.
This year, five Panasonic products and events have been shortlisted, including a nomination for Projector of the Year Award for the PT-RZ670, high brightness laser projector. With a laser light source and filter-less design, the projector offers maintenance free operation for 25,000 hours.
The ET-D75LE90, the world’s first ultra-short throw lens for 3-chip DLP™ projectors, has been shortlisted for AV Accessory of the Year, while the TY-VUK10 Auto Camera Adjustment Upgrade kit, premiered at ISE 2015, has been nominated for Digital Signage Product of the Year.
Bucharest 555 has been nominated for Live Event of the Year. A commemoration of the 555th anniversary of Bucharest, the event saw 104 Panasonic projectors used to create one of the world’s largest architectural video mapping shows, in September 2014.
Finally, Moesgaard Museum in Denmark is nominated for Entertainment Project of the Year. The historical museum in Aarhus has nearly 80 Panasonic projectors, lenses and displays that create atmospheres and exhibitions that have captivated audiences of all ages.
